TRRAC was founded by Lesley McConnell, CPCU, AIC, in 2007 in response to clients’ requests for more personal and specialized claim services. Risk Managers were looking for a dedicated partner that could provide real-time information from the field, collect data and certify all aspects of a claim and ultimately minimize the disruption to their day-to-day responsibilities.
Through Lesley’s career as a commercial property adjuster, she is familiar with the claims process and exactly what will be required to fully document and support a claim.
Insurance companies also saw the benefit of claim preparation companies and created coverage for these services.
As deductibles increased, our clients soon realized they were losing Millions of Dollars every year because of damages caused by third parties. With limited internal resources they began to ask for TRRAC’s assistance to pursue recoveries on their behalf and that is how our subrogation division was born. It has become a significant part of our business and we now have a dedicated team that focuses solely on recovering from at-fault parties.
